What You’ll Do
- Report to Director of Financial Controller and lead the finance teams on management and financial reporting
- Lead the month-end book closing process of the Company and its overseas subsidiaries
- Monitor and project the Company’s operating cashflow
- Drive, review and monitor the monthly forecast and annual budgeting process
- Prepare the Group’s monthly consolidation and management report, investor report and Board Meeting materials
- Enhance workflow/processes to increase efficiency and to strengthen monitoring and risk management
- Lead and drive the annual audit
- Assist in statutory and tax filings and compliance of regulatory requirements
- Handle ad hoc projects
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Qualified accountant
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences; candidates with stronger experiences will be considered as Finance Manager
- Audit and Corporate Finance experience is an advantage; prior experience in digital assets and M&A/fund raising is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and financial policies and controls
