AE v1.0.1 is the preliminary release of Atlas Elite (AE).

Features

Trade Package Creation

Corporate records their trade documents on AE as “Trade Packages”, where each Trade Package contains a core document which can later be used for requesting financing. Features supported:

1. Selection of “Purchase Order” and “Invoice” as Core document.
2. Uploading multiple supplementary documents.
3. Call-to-action (CTA) highlights.

Known Issues

1. Contact info is not functioning yet.
2. Counter-party is not functioning yet.

Financing Application with Specified Financier(s)

Corporate will be able to use their created trade packages to submit financing applications to one or multiple specified financiers at a time. Financiers would be able to review the trade packages and reply to the applications and eventually provide an offer which corporate can later accept. Features supported:

1. Requests for additional info of trade (Financier).
2. Provision of additional supplementary documents (Corporate).
3. Negotiation of offer terms (Corporate).
4. Set offer expiry date (Financier).
5. Loan repayment amount calculation.
6. Set deposit details after offer is accepted (Corporate).
7. Set repayment details after offer is accepted (Financier).
8. Call-to-action (CTA) highlights.

Known Issues

1. Contact info is not functioning yet.

Payment

Corporate and financiers can track payment records after an offer is accepted on a trade package financing application.

1. Fund release record (Financier).
2. Partial payments with multiple payment records.
3. Multiple payment methods such as Cash and Cheque.
4. Review and approve payment records (Financier).
5. Call-to-action (CTA) highlights.

Known Issues
1. Financier has to release fund before Corporate can pay

System Validation for Financing

Some initial controls have been put in place in order to prevent the likelihood for corporates to finance a trade package more than once. Enhancements for the prevention of double financing will be available in future releases.

1. Corporate will only be able to submit one specified financier application to each financier
2. In the event that multiple offers are available to a corporate, only one offer can be accepted by the corporate.

Database Support

AE supports the following databases on the webservers and Corda nodes:

1. Microsoft SQL Server
2. PostgreSQL
3. H2

Schema migrations are also supported, except on H2.

Other Features

1. Light/Dark theme.
2. Video backdrop on login page.

Known Issues

1. Record updates are not real-time refreshed
2. File uploads are limited to 3MB maximum
3. Cerberus cannot be installed when running Corda 4.3
